Rachael came in with her husband requesting to be set up with a new battery for her iPad Air Generation 2. Our technician Shane ran diagnostics and talked to Rachael about the battery and what it would take to repair the system.
After talking and doing some research, she decided to buy a brand new iPad Generation 8. We transferred data for her and was able to get her her brand new iPad in the same day!
