Sunrise now offers ‘Remote Support.’
If you have a working internet connection and would like one of our staff to assist with an issue you are having on your computer, please follow the procedure below.
- $25 0-15mins
- $45 1/2 hr
- $75 per hr
- $10 if determined issue needs tangible service.
Click the blue button. This will download a program to allow us to assist you remotely. You will have to run this program for us to assist you.
ON A MAC
- On an Apple computer if using Safari, you should see your downloads button at he top right of your safari window.
- Click this button and it should show you the download.
- Double click the downloaded file and it should launch a window.
- Double click the ‘TeamViewer Quicksupport.app’ and the program should launch.
- At this point call Sunrise 717 267 1340 with ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’ provided in the app and credit card information.
- On a Windows computer if using Internet Explorer, you should see a message window pop up prompting you to “Run”, “Save” or “Cancel” the download.
- Click on the run button.
- It will download and start running itself after a few seconds, depending on your internet connection. It will then prompt you with the “User Account Control” asking if you are sure you want to allow the program to make changes to your computer. Click “Yes”
- Now you can call Sunrise at: 717-267-1340 with ‘Your ID’ and ‘Password’ provided in the app and credit card information.
